Detailed open work filigree frames a lovely hand carved lady figure carnelian shell cameo wearing her own tiny pendant set with a genuine old single cut 0.01 carat diamond!

The cameo flips around in the setting and locks into place to reveal a dramatic onyx stone, also set at the center with a sparkling 0.01 diamond in a square silver frame.
